What you’ll do:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting one of our leading clients.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates across different functions and levels.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using innovative sourcing techniques.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Collaborate with the HR and talent acquisition teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and best practices.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
1. 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
4. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate presentation skills.
