We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Company Secretarial Officer to join our CoSec team. This role will involve supporting the team with various statutory filings and corporate governance matters. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, spending three days in the office and two days working remotely. Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities: Preparation and submission of statutory filings, including confirmation statements, director changes, share allotments, share transfers, and share reductions Company incorporations Company dissolutions Undertaking PSC (Person with Significant Control) analysis Production of minutes and resolutions for LLP and Ltd entities Creation and circulation of board packs, along with matters arising Meeting attendance and minute-taking Maintenance of company statutory records Your skills: 2–5 years’ experience in a company secretarial team Minute-taking experience essential Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. What we offer: At Centralis, we work in a dynamic, human-size, multi-cultural environment.
