Overview
We are recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a busy electrical subcontractor delivering installations on new build commercial developments.
Responsibilities
* Managing multiple projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
* Overseeing site teams.
* Coordinating subcontractors.
* Monitoring programmes.
* Attending client meetings.
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within an electrical or M&E subcontracting environment.
* Strong background in commercial new build projects.
