E/CTRM Global Head of Sales / CRO – London, NYC or Houston Based
Global cloud-native, cross asset E/CTRM software house seeks a Global Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and grow their Global Sales, based from either London, New York City or Houston/Dallas.
The business you’ll join
Founded 15 years ago, you will join a large, global financial technology business who are rapidly growing their existing E/CTRM software business. Their software is cutting edge, cloud-native and provides a comprehensive end-to-end E/CTRM solution to clients, but also provides modular based bolt on solutions to potentially existing Endur, Allegro, RightAngle E/CTRM systems that clients may already have, enhancing them and making them work more efficiently.
Your role
To lead the existing global sales team of sales managers, account managers and presales consultants (sales engineers) across North America (New York City, Houston & Dallas), Europe (London) and South-East Asia (Singapore), this is a strategic and people leadership role without an individual contributor target. You will be responsible for:
1. Creating the sales strategy for growth over the next 5 years, including increasing sales, revenue and average deal size
