Maintenance Operative Pay Rate: £18.20 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Covering Northampton, Corby & surrounding areas Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to carry out responsive and planned maintenance works across empty and tenanted properties within the Northampton, Corby, and surrounding areas. The role requires a multi-skilled approach with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
