About the Role
As an Apprentice Service Desk Administrator, you will:
1. Respond promptly, courteously, and efficiently to a variety of service desk requests related to MIS functions, resolving initial queries and escalating complex issues.
2. Assist in maintaining the MIS service desk to ensure operational stability and support the team in implementing user-friendly workflow solutions.
3. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in service desk technology and customer service best practices.
4. Review service desk data and user feedback to identify opportunities to make the service desk experience more efficient and accessible.
