About the Practice

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.
* Conduct research and analysis to support project delivery.
* Facilitate client interviews and meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.
* Develop project plans and produce high-quality deliverables using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Contribute to the development of internal standards, processes, and methodologies.
Skills We Can't Do Without
* Minimum 2 years' consulting experience in healthcare, ideally in digital strategy, patient experience, or health data/informatics.
* Experience with the New Hospital Programme and/or Frontline Digitisation agendas.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality reports and documents.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience working with NHS or healthcare customers in the UK.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Familiarity with operational improvement/excellence initiatives.
