About The Role
As part of the Brand team, youll sit at the heart of where we turn plans into action – supporting the creation and delivery of brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the broader team, youll help bring our brand DNA, story and tone of voice to life in ways that resonate with our global audiences.
You will play a hands‑on role in developing campaign assets, coordinating activity, and ensuring everything we produce is on brand and delivered to a high standard. From supporting campaign execution and content creation, to helping manage key touchpoints like our catalogue and owned channels, you’ll be an important part of maintaining consistency and quality across our brand.
This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach. You will work day‑to‑day with internal teams, agencies and partners, helping keep projects on track and contributing ideas along the way. You will also support monitoring campaign performance, working with Social and Insights colleagues to understand impact and continuously improve what we do.
As a hybrid role, you will typically spend 40–60% of your time collaborating face‑to‑face at a dedicated location. Other flexible working arrangements will be considered from the first day of employment, including adjustments for disability or a long‑term health condition.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
* Experience working in a brand or marketing environment (client or agency side)
* Experience supporting the delivery or coordination of marketing campaigns
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
* Understanding of digital marketing channels such as social and podcasting
* Interest in brand measurement and campaign performance
