Key responsibilities
* Deliver actionable insights and robust market models that guide long‑term strategic decision‑making.
* Analyse markets and applications to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
* Maintain and evolve segmentation frameworks and forecasting models, including scenario‑based analysis.
* Synthesise external research (e.g., OMDIA, Yole) into Nexperia‑specific insights and implications.
* Build clear, decision‑oriented presentations for BG Management Team and senior stakeholders.
* Support BG strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Contribute to strategic marketing training and internal insight‑sharing.
* Attend relevant industry conferences to strengthen market understanding and external perspective.

What you will need
Essential requirements
* 2–5 years of experience as a market analyst within a relevant sector such as automotive, electronics manufacturing, or related technical industries.
* Competent user of Microsoft and BI tools, plus AI tools for research and reporting.
* Ability to build and deliver decision‑oriented presentations for management.
* Strategic marketing practitioner with active listening skills and a technical mindset.
* Interest in automotive and e‑mobility market with a technical leaning.
* Strategic planning knowledge.
