Cultural Institute Administrator, maternity cover
Join the University of Leeds as a Cultural Institute Administrator (maternity cover) and support the CI team in administration, production and delivery of events, documents, reporting, diary coordination and meeting arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Support the CI team in administration, production, and delivery of events, documents, and reporting.
* Coordinate diaries and arrange/serve meetings.
* Assist with purchasing, HR and finance system tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Proactive administrative experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
* Strong IT and information management skills.
* Experience with University systems (Purchasing, HR, Finance) desirable.
