KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve and exceed store sales and KPI targets (conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll, and stock)
* Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand’s luxury values
* Analyse business performance and implement effective commercial action plans
* Maintain operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards across VM, stock management, and reporting
* Collaborate with area and head office teams to drive business initiatives and continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience as a Store or Department Manager within luxury or premium fashion
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
* Proven commercial awareness with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into action
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment
