What we offer
* Salary – £25,400 OTE £50,000 – £70,000 + uncapped (top performers earning significantly more)
* Additional bonus available after initial training period – £1,000 in Month 1 and £1,000 in Month 2 for achieving set revenue target.

Responsibilities
• Project manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customers receive the most advanced energy efficient products with outstanding guarantees and finance options.
• Represent CR Smith, a leading national brand, building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in continuous coaching, training, and career development to remain at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales (B2B, B2C, Retail, or Customer service) with a strong ability to close business.
* Highly motivated, flexible with an entrepreneurial flair and determination to build your own business.
* Full UK Driver’s Licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
* Right to work in the UK – must provide valid documents as part of the onboarding process.
* Two positive references and completion of a criminal background questionnaire.
