We now have an opening for a HR Business Partner to join the Group. We have big and exciting plans ahead, and our HR team play a key part in ensuring our amazing teams are supported with expert HR leadership, advice and support as our business grows.
At BES Group we are on a journey of growth by acquisition, so there is the opportunity to utilise your change management skills, supporting your business areas through the transition as our company grows. We are introducing a new HR system in some of our divisions, which will put us in a strong position to support these changes, and you may work on a project to ensure a smooth transition across the group onto the new system.
What will you be doing?
As a HR Business Partner, you will be focused on enabling the Group, and your business areas by delivering great people approaches. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to understand exactly what direction the business is heading in and how it is performing. You will partner with the leaders in your business areas to truly understand the business from an operational and cultural perspective. You will be a hands-on team player, happy to get involved in the operational work and have extensive experience in building strategic relationships.
You Will
* Attend operational, budget and strategy meetings relating to your business area.
* Work with your business areas to understand their business strategy and support them with creating and implementing a people strategy to align and drive this forward
* Partner with key stakeholders, the HR and Careers Team to help build the organisation's people capability and implement key people strategies
* Support the business with operational challenges, succession planning and change projects
* Support our new acquisitions with their people needs; building collaborative and supportive relationships, guiding on best practice, training and providing them with everything they need to succeed in their new home
* Build and establish required reporting and data insights that align with future business design, producing people data, analysing and acting on it
* Act as the link between our Executive, Operations, Technical and Leadership Teams; supporting them and keeping them abreast of issues and developments
* Work with your key stakeholders to understand and resolve key people challenges
* Use your expertise where needed to support our HR Advisors, Generalists and Administrators to ensure guidance given on day-to-day HR matters
* Be a valued member of our fantastic HR Team, where we all work together to support business operations, so you may be required to pitch in and complete some generalist HR activities or projects.

To join our team, you will need:You Will Be Fully CIPD Qualified (minimum Level 5) And Offer Previous HR Business Partner Experience. You Will Be Naturally Inquisitive, Not Afraid To Challenge, Lead By Example And Have An Honest Approach To Both Employees And Leaders. You’ll Also
* Offer up-to-date knowledge of employment law
* Have experience with TUPE procedures
* Strong change management and transformation experience including working small and larger scale projects
* Have the ability to understand detailed information; compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it to colleagues in a professional, clear, and concise manner
* Be resilient, demonstrating confidence in influencing and negotiating - you'll need to be comfortable having difficult conversations and presenting to Senior Leaders
* Have approachability, with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
* Offer proficient IT skills (including MS applications)
* Integrity is a must, as you’ll be working with sensitive and confidential information
* Have unquestionable attention to detail and strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Offer flexibility and willingness to travel to a variety of business sites on occasion
