Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Programmer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on development experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure applications
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performanceIntegrate third-party APIs and services
* Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data protection
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5 to 8 years of professional programming experience
* Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java / Python / C# / JavaScript / PHP, etc.)
* Experience with backend development and RESTful APIs
* Good understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, etc.)
* Experience with version control systems (Git)
* Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
* Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
* DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
* Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
* Knowledge of security standards and performance optimization
