Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and office staff.
Ensure efficient depot operations and exceptional customer service.
Manage budgets, overheads, and profitability targets.
Oversee health & safety compliance and depot housekeeping standards.
Drive continuous improvement and staff development.
Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
What Were Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a service-based industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness and customer-centric approach.
IT literacy and ability to manage reporting systems.
Formal management training and evidence of ongoing development.
