Description
* Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
* Prepare and process weekly payment runs in a timely manner.
* Monitor and respond to supplier queries, maintaining clear communication.
* Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Maintain accurate and organised records for audit purposes.
* Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
* Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
* An understanding of basic accounting principles.
Job Offer
* Hourly pay £14.87 (including holiday pay).
