Location: Various sites within 50 mile radius of Wrexham (occasionally further)
MUST HAVE SOME ROOFING EXPERIENCE.
We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team as a Roofer / Labourer. You will support our Roofing team leader with the installation of solar panels and the associated equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a minimum of 2 years of Roof or building work experience, working on residential and commercial roofs. Experience is required of the following:
-Tile/Slate/Rosemary
-Flat Roof & Trapezoidal
-General roofing and repairs etc.
The company will provide a van from our office location.
Responsibilities:
* Installing Solar PV roof top projects
* Preparing residential and commercial roofs for solar installation.
* Inspect roofs for damage and provide recommendations for repairs.
* Work with a team to complete solar installation projects in a timely and efficient manner.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the site.
-Installing solar panels and solar panel mounting equipment.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in roof or building work
* Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques as above
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
-A solid understanding of health and safety requirements for work at height
* Valid driver's license and transport to our office in Llay, Wrexham
