The Role: Youll take full ownership of residential property transactions, delivering a seamless, high-quality service at every stage. Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership matters, remortgages and transfers of equity, youll confidently handle title checks, enquiries, mortgage offers, searches and reporting. Youll communicate with clients daily, keeping matters moving while building trusted relationships with solicitors, brokers, estate agents and referrers. As a senior conveyancer, youll combine technical excellence with commercial awareness, always prioritising quality. Beyond managing your own caseload, youll support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping to elevate standards across the team. Were looking for someone tech-savvy and confident using case management systems and digital tools to drive efficiency and smarter working practices. Youll ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements while contributing positively to a collaborative culture.
