* I hold a degree or equivalent level qualification or experience.

* My technical knowledge includes:
* - Operating System: Windows 11 and MS Server 20xx.
* - Database: Oracle SQL, MS SQL, MS Access, and MS Azure.
* - Scripting: MS-DOS, Visual Basic, and/or PowerShell.
* - Reporting: SAP Business Objects and MS Power BI.

Responsibilities:
* I provide advanced-level technical support for Housing Applications and their Databases.
* I am responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex IT issues that cannot be resolved by 1st or 2nd line support teams in a timely and efficient manner.
* I perform proactive maintenance, including upgrades, applying patches, checking system logs, taking server and database backups, and supporting periodic business procedures (e.g., year-end processing).
* I develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to capture and share knowledge within the IT Department.
* I am involved in developing and/or implementing new ICT solutions in response to new or changing business requirements.
* I continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
