About the role:
1. Knowledge of NDTMS processes.
2. Highly IT literate with particular expertise in the use of Excel and Word.
3. Ability to analyse complex datasets.
4. Experience of report writing.
5. Ability to manage performance monitoring frameworks.
6. Experience of using client case management systems/databases.
7. Experience of using national reporting systems, such as DAMs and DIRDET.
8. An excellent understanding of both the technical and human dimensions of data collection
processes.
9. A willingness to work flexibly to ensure deadlines are met.
10. An ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Commitment to personal and professional development.
