Invoice Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Spain
Responsibilities
To supervise invoices' authorization process until its payment. To solve any incidence in the invoicing process that could affect its payment. To ensure payment on time of the invoices accordingly to the agreed conditions.
Create, check, book invoices and make payments conform contracts or agreements for different areas like: tenants (landowners, include city/town council), employee allowances/travel/ deposits cost/follow up employee petrol card, received invoices of suppliers/customers, etc. This is include the prognoses of not received payments.
Responsible for the petty cash (paying and it postings).Requirements
Training courses in accounting. Degree in economics or business administration not needed but preferable.
3 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge and worked with different systems for example SAP, Navision, Microsoft office.
English speaking and writing
Planning and working under pressure
Analytic and working effectively.
