Inclusive Consulting is excited to partner with a leading global professional services business, to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
As Finance Business Partner, you will sit within the Finance Business Partnering team and play a key role in supporting one of the organisation's international practice groups. Working across countries and sectors, you'll provide strategic financial insight, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to improved business performance across profitability, efficiency, and client service delivery.
Role Responsibilities
* Act as the key financial interface between practice group management and the wider Finance department.
* Partner with Group Heads and leadership teams to deliver financial expertise, presentations, and initiatives to drive performance.
* Support the annual planning and budgeting process, contribute to strategic planning, and lead reforecasting activities.
* Deliver clear financial analysis and commentary to support informed decision-making.
* Present financial training and mentoring to partners and lawyers at all levels, supporting commercial awareness across the business.
* Collaborate with the pricing, credit control, and local finance teams to improve financial efficiency and resolve key issues.
* Contribute to financial reviews, reporting, and Board-level presentations.
* Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives such as partner promotions, hires, and expansion.
Person Specification
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven PQE experience.
* Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, ideally within professional services.
* Strong commercial acumen, with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Confident presenter, able to engage with large audiences in person or virtually.
* Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
* Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
