About the role:
Here at Teaching Personnel we are seeking a motivated and professional qualified History Teacher. The role wiil entail This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage students, helping them to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of history.
Role Responsibilites:
Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages.
Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
Assessing, recording and reporting on pupil progress in line with school policies.
Contributing to the wider school community through participation in departmental meetings, extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and a commitment to professional development.
Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Strong subject knowledge in History and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
