Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Monitor store performance and implement actions to improve profitability and efficiency
* Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational execution
* Identify talent, support succession planning, and drive staff engagement across the region
* Act as the key liaison between stores and head office, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in a multi-site Area management role, ideally within the premium fashion or jewellery sector
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others
* Commercially driven, with a track record of delivering results through strategic planning and analysis
* Passion for contemporary fashion and a clear understanding of today’s retail landscape
