Do you have the confidence to guide colleagues, deliver high-quality care and make a positive difference every day?We have exciting opportunities for a Senior Support Worker to join our brand-new Care at Home service across Ellesmere Port and Chester.As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting adults to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.You'll provide practical support, build meaningful relationships and help lead a team committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
