With 12 physical locations across the UK and a growing digital presence, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand as we grow in current markets and look to expand into new ones. Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple touchpoints. From designing impactful digital ads to crafting polished print materials, you’ll be at the heart of our creative output. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to produce engaging designs that drive customer interest and support our ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities: Brand Design: Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across all platforms, ensuring our messaging is clear, compelling, and on-brand. Digital Assets: Design digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, and web assets. Print Design: Produce print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, point-of-sale displays, and internal communications. Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaign concepts and creative strategies. Photo and Video Editing: Edit and enhance images for use across digital and print, including basic motion graphics if required. Brand Guardianship: Act as a brand champion, ensuring all designs align with our core values of affordability, reliability, and quality. Feedback and Iteration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver final designs on schedule. Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of digital assets, including templates, icons, and brand guidelines. Skills and Experience Required: Experience: 2-4 years in a graphic design role, ideally within retail, automotive, or a fast-paced consumer-focused business. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools. Print and Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of both print production processes and digital best practices. Brand Sensitivity: Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas. Attention to Detail: High standards for design quality, with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Time Management: Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, from digital ads to print collateral.
