Role: Thrive Teaching Assistant (Level 3 or equivalent)
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Term-time, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Daily Rate: £88.94 – £110 (including holiday pay)

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Thrive Practitioner to join a supportive Primary School.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*
Thrive training or experience applying Thrive principles in an educational setting
*
Understanding of trauma-informed practice, attachment, and social-emotional development
*
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism, anxiety, or communication needs
*
A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
*
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive, child-centred education
*
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
