We are a medium sized contact centre based in Swindon. The team work closely to provide support to both internal and external customers ensuring we can deliver an excellent service to any who contact us via phone, web chat, email and social media.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to both internal and external customers via phone, web chat, email and social media.
* Work occasional Bank Holidays and one Saturday in four.
* Work within the Customer Service Team to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
* Use Microsoft packages, including Outlook, and quickly pick up new systems.
* Identify new ways of working to improve processes.
Qualifications
* Excellent call handling skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft packages.
* Previous experience in a customer service environment, including inbound call handling.
* Excellent computer skills, including use of Outlook.
* Confident, self‑assured, innovative, and able to work in a team.
* Willingness to work occasional Bank Holidays and one Saturday in four.
