Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team is on-hand to engage with customers daily. We take the time to understand their needs and recommend products that make them feel good. Our products are packed with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes. When advising customers on skincare, we’re not just selling an ideal but also helping communities build better lives.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide an inspiring insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find a range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
What we look for
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is a plus.
* Effective communication and listening skills.
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
