Senior Project Manager | Critical Power | Glasgow, Bristol or Northampton
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 | Flexible Hybrid
Our client is a premier specialist in critical power solutions, currently navigating a period of significant expansion following high-value contract wins and strategic acquisitions. With a team of approximately 100 professionals, they maintain a tight-knit, family-feel culture while delivering complex engineering projects for blue-chip clients across the NHS, Data Centres, and Renewable energy sectors.
They are looking for two Senior Project Managers who are tired of the corporate red tape and want a role where they can truly own their projects and progress rapidly toward a Directorship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full project lifecycle from initial contract award to final handover.
* Oversee M&E system designs, technical drawings, and testing phases (FAT/SAT).
* Control project budgets, variations, and commercial forecasting.
* Act as the primary point of contact for blue-chip clients and consultants.
* Ensure safety compliance and approve RAMS for critical environments.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 to 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Proven background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering.
* Full lifecycle project experience and technical drawing literacy.
* Willingness to travel to various UK project sites as required.
* Experience with UPS, High Voltage, or generators is highly desirable.
