Position: National Account Executive (NAE)

We are looking for a National Account Executive (NAE) to join our sales team on a 12-month FTC. The NAE will play a crucial role in driving the growth and daily management of their designated customers, collaborating closely with the National Account Managers to deliver the Weetabix Food Company (WFC) Commercial Objectives. Closing date: 22nd February. Interview process: a Teams interview followed by a Face‑to‑Face interview at our site in Burton Latimer. Working pattern: Weetabix Wednesday, where everyone comes into the office for collaboration and meetings—this is a must! While we operate a hybrid working pattern, we are committed to providing flexibility where needed. Responsibilities

* Support the National Account Manager (NAM) in the day‑to‑day running of their accounts, including invoicing and managing account accruals.
* Develop and submit promotional proposals.
* Prepare and deliver field sales briefings.
* Conduct Day 1 promotional compliance checks.
* Support the accuracy of base and promotional forecasts.
* Provide accurate, insight‑led account updates for huddles and monthly commentary.
* Manage budgeted financials for assigned customers.
* Drive growth of WFC brands through Perfect Store execution.
* Focus on accelerating online growth.
* Manage a large portfolio of commercial brands.
* Deliver world‑class launches for WFC innovations.
* Broaden and deepen customer touchpoints through an effective contact strategy.
* Develop and implement customer format and channel strategies.


Qualifications

* Skilled in cultivating relationships within the organisation and with external partners, while effectively prioritising and overseeing a varied workload.
* Capable of working autonomously while taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
* Skilled in persuading, selling, and negotiating with both internal teams and external partners.
* Exceptional personal capability, demonstrating strong planning skills, quick decision‑making, and effective negotiation.
