We are excited to expand our Neuro In‑Patient Rehabilitation Team at Langley House – Holywell Rehab Unit, and we are seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join us.

Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality care: support patients with neuro conditions, including stroke, to enhance independence and quality of life.
* Collaborate across teams: work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement integrated care plans.
* Professional development: engage with CLCH Academy programs for CPD, skill enhancement and clinical academic opportunities.
* Mentorship & team support: share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to continuous learning within the team.
* Community visits: provide care in the community as required.
* Record keeping: maintain accurate patient records and reports in line with professional and organisational standards.
Requirements
* Car access essential unless exempt under the Equality Act 2010, with appropriate insurance and documentation.
Working Conditions
* Weekend work on a rota of one weekend every six weeks.
