We are looking to appoint a Finance Analyst keen to learn and manage the financial aspects of our Warehouse & Transport Operations at Belle Eau Park in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. This is one of our larger sites with over 300 staff across multiple functions.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30.
You will need to:
* Have exemplary analytical skills.
* Be a part-qualified accountant or educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Have experience working with Operations and External Customers.
* Have strong communication and influencing skills.
* Be a self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Responsibilities
1. Serve as the key finance representative on site.
2. Ensure weekly invoicing is accurate and timely.
3. Maintain the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the site's financial information.
4. Prepare business plans and forecasts.
5. Track the performance against budgets and forecasts.
6. Ensure the quality of finance analysis and track action plans.
7. Present risks and opportunities to management in an actionable manner.
8. Liaise with on-site leadership for decision-making support.
9. Provide financial input into site projects, from analysis to performance monitoring and reporting.
