We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The role is based on-site in Fawley and is a temporary ongoing contract with our client.
Main Functions
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include:
1. Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
2. Working on special projects such as recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
3. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
4. Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency with MS Office is required.
6. Minimal work direction needed; highly skilled and knowledgeable in the position.
7. This position is typically suited for a professional Administrative Assistant, possibly with professional certification.
