CRS are currently assisting our Hire client in sourcing a full time Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at the Manchester Depot. Our ideal candidate will have experience of an equipment hire business or similar operation.
Experience of managing and developing a small team of people in a customer facing operation would be advantageous, achieving daily production / delivery targets.
The successful assistant branch manager will be capable and willing to make operational decisions to ensure the branch runs successfully. A good level of computer literacy is required as is a full UK driving licence.
Having responsibility for the hire desk and managing aspects of the transport operation youll be supporting, and when necessary deputising for the Branch Manager. Ultimately working together to ensure all aspects of the branch business are being proactively managed meeting and exceeding all company standards.
