As a Regulatory Documentation Specialist based at Jealott's Hill, UK, you will play a key role in keeping Syngenta's global crop protection portfolio moving — ensuring the accurate, timely preparation and delivery of regulatory certificates and support manufacturing source strategy implementation, that markets depend on. Accountabilities: • Co-ordinate the preparation of regulatory certificates to support global product registrations • Support global source change projects by ensuring timely documentation updates, compliance alignment, and cross‑functional coordination. • Gather, compile, and structure regulatory information to enable effective decision-making across global teams • Collaborate with Global Regulatory Managers and Supply Chain to resolve country-level documentation issues • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools and AI-assisted platforms to improve documentation workflows and reduce manual effort • Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions for data management, process optimization, and knowledge management.
