Secondment for 23 months on existing salary Scale/Band pro rata
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lead Clinician(s) for the Stroke Managed Clinical Network to lead or jointly lead the MCN across Tayside.
The postholder will have a key strategic role in redesigning and continuing to develop effective, integrated, multidisciplinary stroke services within the framework of a Managed Clinical Network. He/she will work collaboratively as part of a core Network leadership team to drive forward service developments as prioritised by the Stroke MCN Executive Group and stroke improvement board.
The successful candidate will have credible clinical knowledge of stroke, including the management of patients across the whole journey of care. A proven record in leading change and a demonstrable commitment to the development and role of MCNs are essential. This is a real opportunity to work as part of an innovative team to deliver real improvements in patient care.
The post is offered on a secondment basis for a period of up to 2 years, with the successful candidate transferred on their existing salary. The post can be split into 2, (e.g. 2 x 1 PA sessions or equivalent). Applicants who wish to be considered for 1 PA or half day only, please indicate this when you submit your application.
