Key Responsibilities Strengthen and maintain site Quality Management Systems, ensuring BRC and customer compliance. Manage the HACCP plan, site procedures, and work instructions to uphold food safety standards. Oversee non-conformance investigations, ensuring timely root cause analysis, corrective actions, and trend analysis. Ensure the site is always audit-ready, including traceability and mass balance compliance. Report quality KPIs and maintain up-to-date quality boards. Support NPD integration by ensuring QAS and mini specs are in place pre-launch. Coordinate technical improvement projects and manage relevant contractors.
