Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Business Development Executive, on behalf of our client. The Business Development Executive will cover the Southeast Leinster region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in foodservice, hospitality, or culinary environments who is commercially minded and passionate about high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow new and existing foodservice accounts
* Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular call cycles
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Introduce new food solutions and expand existing offerings
* Analyse sales performance and plan territory activity accordingly
* Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the foodservice industry
* Strong understanding of sales, margin, and commercial targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Full, clean driving licence
* Hospitality, retail, or culinary background is an advantage
