What you'll be doing:
* Identifying and mapping business process improvements
* Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
* Assessing and defining requirements for system developments
* Provide training and coaching to end users when necessary
* Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
* Take accountability on workload and task list
* Negotiating with key stakeholders and 3rd parties
* Facilitate the development of business and operation applications
Experience to succeed:
* Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst position
* Demonstratable experience effectively engaging with stakeholders
* Proficient in process mapping
* Confident presenting findings and proposals
* A calm and proactive approach to workload
