Competitive salary up to £43,978, dependent on experience
Potential OTE of over £48,000, including overtime and performance bonuses
42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rota (flexible shift patterns available)

Supportive team environment focused on professional developmentKey duties associated with the Commercial Vehicle Technician position include:
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial vehicles, including vans and light commercials
Utilising diagnostic tools and live data to identify faults across various vehicle models
Completing accurate job cards, technical documentation, and reports
Adhering strictly to manufacturer warranty and service procedures
Supporting electric vehicle diagnostics and repairs (desirable but not essential)
Maintaining tools and workshop standards in accordance with health and safety regulationsRequirements:
Fully qualified Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification
Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles or multi-vehicle fleets
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across different vehicle types
Enthusiasm for upskilling and expanding technical expertise
Own tools and a valid UK driving licence
Professionalism, reliability, and a keen eye for detail
