Central Employment are working with an expanding, award-winning UK Search Agency, as they look to appoint an SEO Strategist, reporting into the Head of SEO. UK remote £30,000-£40,000 DOE Excellent benefits, fantastic culture Global client base As a SEO Strategist:- Be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in search campaigns Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimised across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc) Designing and running a large number of tests from a/b to multivariate on the full range of topics from CRO, content optimisation, UX, search terms to landing pages, all with the purpose of increasing performance Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations Research and analyse competitor advertising links Develop and implement link building strategy Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Work with internal teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Stay up to date with the latest SEO industry best practice, including internet marketing industry trends and development Develop reporting and regularly feed back to internal teams and management on SEO campaign performance Essential experience: A minimum of 3 years proven experience of SEO experience and implementing SEO campaigns Experience in the following sectors; B2B technology, software distribution, e-commerce In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, MoZ) Advanced Excel experience – to analyse data, identify trends and present data An understanding of HTM/CSS, JavaScript and WordPress An active interest in the digital industry ADZN1_UKTJ
