About the Opportunity
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience of managing a small team and exposure to Will drafting?
We are specifically looking for a Team Manager with strong management skills and Will Drafting experience to join our team, supporting our fee-earning solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.
This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years' experience of managing a small team and with a strong interest in Private Client services, particularly in Wills and Estate Planning.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a small team of administrative staff who provide administrative support to fee-earning solicitors.
* Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of Wills and related legal documents.
* Managing clients, correspondence, and document preparation.
* Handling client enquiries professionally and sensitively.
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and firm procedures.
What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Team Manager, preferably in a law firm.
* Experience in Will drafting and an understanding of estate planning.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
