Regional Operations Manager – South Coast - 3 Month Temp to Perm
We’re working with a progressive, UK‑based facilities management business with a strong national presence and a growing portfolio of multi‑site contracts across corporate, retail, and public‑sector environments. They’re looking for a hands‑on Regional Operations Manager to lead and develop a busy regional team, ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.
What you’ll do
* Own and run a regional FM portfolio, covering hard and soft services across multiple sites.
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract managers and on‑site supervisors.
* Manage regional P&L, control costs, and drive service improvements and commercial uplift.
* Be the primary point of contact for key clients, attending SLAs, service reviews, and strategy meetings.
* Uphold and champion health & safety, compliance, and best‑practice FM standards.
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years in facilities or contract management, with at least 2–3 years in a regional or multi‑site leadership role.
* Solid experience across multi‑site environments (corporate, retail, public sector, or mixed).
* Proven ability to manage service quality, budgets, and client relationships under pressure.
* Strong leadership presence: you’re comfortable mentoring teams, challenging clients, and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Familiarity with H&S, SLAs, KPI reporting, and FM software / systems is highly valued.
