What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will be accountable for:
* Leading and developing a team of procurement specialists to deliver business goals
* Working closely with joint ventures and partners to optimise performance in the rare earth, critical minerals & revert category
* Managing stakeholders and internal customers to ensure bottom‑line cost and delivery targets are achieved through clear strategies and execution plans
* Developing and deploying a market intelligence capability to help drive better decisions
Preferred Requirements
* Have a passion to continuously drive to achieve goals as part of a high‑performing team
* Have an exacting attention to detail to maximise contractual value
* Show a range of leadership styles and capabilities when working with partners around the world – often as the first point of contact for the Rolls‑Royce relationship
* Have strong negotiation skills, both in developing strategies, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and in executing the plan
* Have a good understanding of financial metrics and levers to ensure goals align with our business partners
