Male Support Worker – Spinal Injury (Live-In)

We are looking for a male Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a young adult male with a spinal injury in Hitchin. This is a live-in role on a 2-week-on / 2-week-off rota, ideal for someone with abubbly, positive personality who enjoys building a good rapport.
Male applicants only due to personal care requirements (Equality Act 2010).
Duties
* 1:1 spinal injury support
* Personal care (including bowel & bladder care)
* Transfers, mobility & specialist equipment
* Meal preparation & daily living tasks
* Supporting social activities & independence
About You
* Male carer/support worker
* Friendly, reliable & confident
* Experience in complex or spinal injury care preferred (training provided)
* Able to work independently
