Project Manager (Commercial Fit‑Out)
Location: Downham Market, hybrid and UK-wide travel.

We are a growing and forward‑thinking construction business specialising in commercial fit‑out, retail environments, built environments, and temporary structure projects. We grow our headcount and client base year‑on‑year, and we value support, training and development across all areas.
Role Overview
Take full ownership of multiple commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across a diverse client base. Projects range from £10,000 to £250,000 in value, delivered as part of multi‑million‑pound frameworks. This fast‑paced, client‑facing role requires strong coordination and programme management, with frequent travel across the UK, complemented by remote working and occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver full turnkey projects across commercial fit‑out, interiors, and refurbishment.
* Work closely with other departments, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Report to the Operations Director.
* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
* Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience as a Project Manager (or similar) on commercial fit‑out, interiors, or refurbishment projects (e.g., retail, CAT A/B office fit‑out).
* Process‑driven, attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the UK.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
