Overview
Warehouse Operative (FLT Driver) | Pertemps are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client's busy Stores team within a leading UK supplier and manufacturer. In a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Unpack, receive, and safely store goods.
* Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to ensure safe delivery to customers.
* Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
* Remain flexible to support the wider needs of the department and business.
* Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
* Identify and communicate training needs.
Skills and Qualifications
* Counterbalance and Reach truck license
* Full UK driving license - Due to location
* Experience in a similar role
* Ability to lift and move heavy items
* Team player
Details of this Warehouse Operative role
* Hourly rate: £12.25ph
* Location: Cheshire, Woore
* Hours: Office between 08:00 - 18:00; workshop hours typically 08:00 - 16:30
* Flexibility: Option to work contracted hours over 4 days (subject to workload)
* Holiday: 30 days including statutory, rising to 33 after 1 year
* Bonus: Annual business performance bonus (non-contractual)
