Overview
A Lab54 Partnerships Manager is a highly organised, proactive, and confident individual, experienced in managing client relationships within a fast-paced, creative environment. Detail-oriented and solution-focused, they are capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional standards under tight deadlines.
Working closely with the Partnerships Director, the Partnerships Manager plays a key role in the delivery of brand partnerships and activations. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, they ensure projects are executed seamlessly from initial brief through to live delivery and post-event reporting.
This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of music, culture, and brand-led experiences. Partnerships Managers are expected to maintain excellent client relationships, contribute to creative development, and ensure all work aligns with Lab54’s high standards and ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication at all stages.
Project & Campaign Management Support the Partnerships Director in managing workflows and deliverables.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and briefs are met.
Coordinate with internal content and production teams for seamless execution.
Presentations & Reporting Lead on the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Lead on the development of post-event reports and campaign analysis.
Live Event Delivery Provide on-site support during activations and events.
Ensure smooth delivery and troubleshoot issues in real time.
Team Coordination Keep internal teams aligned, informed, and on schedule.
Maintain high standards of organisation and execution across all projects.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an agency, music, or entertainment environment.
* Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
* Strong understanding of the music industry, entertainment, and cultural trends.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
