Job Summary
Cumbria Health is seeking a highly motivated Operational Support Officer to support the delivery of the WorkWell service in North Cumbria.
The role involves managing service data quality and performance reporting, monitoring key metrics, tracking referral and outcome targets, and supporting service improvements through data analysis. The officer will work closely with Digital and Performance teams to ensure accurate data entry into the K2 Kintex system and utilize insights for service development. Additionally, the role includes supporting community engagement, workforce planning, and collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure a person-centred approach.
This position covers North Cumbria and may be based at community sites in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington, or Whitehaven.
Contract Details: 12 months fixed-term, full-time, part-time, and flexible working patterns considered.

Main Duties:
* Support assessment processes and ensure high-quality employment advice and interventions.
* Manage caseloads for Work and Health Coaches, ensuring personalized Work Plans.
* Oversee data collection, accuracy, and analysis for reporting and decision-making.
* Liaise with health professionals, partner agencies, and employers to support participant outcomes.
* Monitor participant progress, outcomes, and service performance metrics.
* Participate in meetings and represent the service externally.
* Support audits, develop SOPs, and perform administrative tasks to ensure service quality and efficiency.
* Work flexible hours as needed.

Personal Circumstances
* Positive attitude, confidence, organization, teamwork, flexibility, rapport-building, initiative, and workload management skills.
Other Requirements
* Willingness to undertake further training.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing referrals and triaging support services.
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
* Experience with health data platforms and data analysis.
* Experience leading meetings and working with multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable
* Experience in employment support services and understanding of health/social inequality barriers.
* Experience using K2 Kintex system.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent experience.
